this wk has been an uninteresting one.
rushing for assignments initially and then it was a boring weekend coz we din get to work.
i slept more than half of friday away and then it was grocery shopping and hanging out at my fren's room till late coz my room-mate's not ard.

today we went over to our fren's hse armed wif ingredients for her to teach us to cook but she ended up doing a culinary demonstration for us instead.
and once again, we had a very yummy filling meal at her place and chatted till ard 11pm+.
and i am loving her son more coz he is now opening up to us from the shy boy her used to be but he is really a very mischievious and adorable child.
oh, when we came back, we decided to check out the Eklundshofsvagen party themed "C" and it was really cool as there were ppl dressed as Corpse, Chef, Cat, Commander etc.
we contemplated gg back to dress up n join them but decided agst it as they have alr been partying since 8pm and we predicted that they r gg to call it a night soon!

anyway, a fren of mine told me something a few days back that set me thinking.
he told me that it is weird that we will make use of a 4-day break here to go travelling when it is so uncommon in spore.
and it dawned on me that while the europeans have travelled europe quite abit, the aseans either stay in their hometown or skip their neighboring countries to visit the west.
i am making a mental note to travel asia soon.
